Das Hotel wurde mit einer ausgesprochen \u00f6kologisch<\/strong> nachhaltigen Ausrichtung renoviert: vollst\u00e4ndige Isolierung des Geb\u00e4udes<\/strong> mit nat\u00fcrlichen<\/strong> Materialien f\u00fcr mehr Energieeinsparung<\/strong>, Verwendung eines Pelletkessels<\/strong>, LED-Lampen<\/strong> und die Wahl von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Im Inneren des Hotels, in der Bar mit Billardbereich, wurde f\u00fcr das Wohlbefinden der G\u00e4ste ein sehr hochwertiges biokompatibles Parkett<\/strong> gew\u00e4hlt, das von Fiemme 3000 hergestellt wird und f\u00fcr ein gesundes Raumklima<\/strong> sorgt. In den meisten Zimmern gibt es stattdessen rustikales Holzparkett<\/strong>, welches schwimmend ohne Leim und mit Korkmatratze verlegt wurde.<\/p>\n

Im Hotel wird sorgf\u00e4ltig darauf geachtet, dass wieder verwertbare Stoffe dem Recycling zugef\u00fchrt werden und der M\u00fcll entsprechend getrennt wird. Mit dem Ziel, bald ein “plastikfreies” Hotel<\/strong> zu werden, wurde der Einsatz von Plastik in allen Bereichen reduziert.<\/p>\n

Unser Engagement f\u00fcr die Umwelt hat es uns erm\u00f6glicht, das Zertifikat “100 % Green Energy Dolomiti Energia<\/strong>” zu erhalten.<\/p>\n

Unser Hotel wurde so konzipiert, dass es den bestm\u00f6glichen Blick<\/strong> auf die UNESCO Dolomitengruppe Pale di San Martino und die Lagoraikette in ganz Bellamonte bietet:
dem Standort, der Strukturanordnung und der architektonischen Gestaltung wurden gr\u00f6\u00dfte Aufmerksamkeit<\/strong> geschenkt.<\/p>\n

Das Hotel wurde 1954 nach dem architektonischen Gestaltungsprinzip des Funktionalismus<\/strong> erbaut, einer modernen Interpretation rationalistischer einst\u00f6ckiger Geb\u00e4ude, die so entworfen wurden, dass sie der Sonne und dem Licht maximal ausgesetzt sind und sich der Landschaft hin \u00f6ffnen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Die R\u00e4ume sind essentiell<\/strong>, praktisch<\/strong> und einladend<\/strong>. Das Hotel zeigt, wie viele Geb\u00e4ude dieser Str\u00f6mung der Modernen Architektur, seine symbolische Rolle durch einen Baustil der den formalen und funktionalen Unterschied hinsichtlich der Umgebung hervorhebt.<\/p>\n

Diese Besonderheiten finden sich in vielen interessanten Beispielen der Bergarchitektur<\/strong> wieder, angefangen beim Hotel Campo Imperatore, entworfen von Ing. Vittorio Bonad\u00e9 Loot 1934, dem Bahnhof Hotel al Lago Nero von Carlo Mollino 1944, bishin zum Hotel und der Kapelle von Franz Baumann auf Monte Pana und das innovative Sporthotel Cevedale von Gio Ponti im Martelltal.<\/p>\n

In den 1950er Jahren war der Passo Rolle bereits ein bekanntes und organisiertes Skigebiet, w\u00e4hrend Bellamonte begann, sich mit dem Bau von 3 Skilifts an den ersten H\u00e4ngen des Monte Viezzena, hinter dem Dorf, zu etablieren. Damals wurde das Hotel Sanceslo gebaut, um die Studenten des San Celso Institut in Mailand, w\u00e4hrend der Sommer- und Winterferien, zu beherbergen. <\/p>\n
