A JOURNEY THROUGH TRENTINO REGIONAL FLAVOURS
Thanks to our menu, our guests will experience a real journey through Trentino regional flavours, inspired and influenced by special recipes from the area of Tirolo: canederli and strangolapreti (special dumplings), tasty soups – perfect in wintertime-, succulent meat dishes – such as crispy beer-flavoured piglet thigh, oven-smoked ribs, delicious goulash or red wine braised-beef served with polenta, Wiener Snichtzel, buttered trout fillets with almonds, marinated and smoked salmon and much more!
Not to mention our home-made desserts: local specialties like the strudel cake, the main dessert of the Sud-Tirol area, the famous kaiserschmarren – also called sweet crepes “of the emperor” – served with blackberry jam; last but not least, typical Italian desserts like our creamy tiramisù with amaretti, cakes and pies.

Our large breakfast buffet includes a great selection of daily home-made pastries: krapfen, small pastries with cheese or jam, chocolate or butter braid, linzer cake with seasonal fruit or berries, yogurt cakes or with honey and almonds, sachertorte cake and much more. In addition, you will find a salty selection including cheese, eggs and cured meat.
